Raquel Reyna Lyon operates Divine Nutrition as a California sole proprietorship. This Cookie Notice applies to websites, stores, applications, and related online services provided through ZoCode, Raquel & Davidian, AwakeShift, Foxy5D, Human Design Upgrade, and other brands and offerings that link to this Notice.
This Notice supplements the ZoCode Privacy Policy and explains how Divine Nutrition and its service providers may use cookies and similar technologies.
1. What Cookies and Similar Technologies Are
Cookies are small text files stored on a browser or device. Similar technologies include pixels, tags, local storage, software development kits, web beacons, and device identifiers.
These technologies can remember preferences, maintain sessions, support shopping carts and checkout, measure use, protect security, deliver embedded content, and, when enabled, support advertising.
A session cookie generally expires when the browser is closed. A persistent cookie remains until its stated expiration or until it is deleted. The duration of third-party cookies is controlled by the provider that places them.
2. Who May Place Technologies
Technologies may be placed by Divine Nutrition or by providers supporting the Services, including GoHighLevel, Shopify, Skool, Lovable, payment processors, analytics providers, communications providers, embedded-media platforms, social media services, and infrastructure providers.
Third-party technologies are also governed by the provider's own privacy and cookie practices.
3. Categories of Technologies We May Use
3.1 Strictly necessary technologies
These support functions required to operate a website or store, such as:
Security, fraud prevention, and load balancing.
Session management and authentication.
Shopping carts and checkout.
Payment routing and transaction integrity.
Account access and membership permissions.
Remembering privacy or cookie choices.
Because these technologies are necessary for requested functionality, they generally cannot be disabled through a consent tool. Blocking them in a browser may prevent the Services from working.
3.2 Functional technologies
These support optional or enhanced features, such as:
Remembering display, language, or user preferences.
Customer-support or chat features.
Embedded audio, video, scheduling, forms, or social content.
Community and membership functionality.
Disabling these technologies may reduce functionality.
3.3 Analytics and performance technologies
These help us understand how people use the Services, including pages viewed, links clicked, session activity, cart behavior, general conversion activity, email opens, and technical performance.
GoHighLevel analytics may currently be used. As of the effective date, Google Analytics is not intentionally enabled across the covered Services, although it may be enabled in the future. If enabled, analytics providers may use cookies or similar technologies according to their own policies and available settings.
3.4 Advertising and measurement technologies
Advertising technologies may help measure campaigns, limit repeated ads, understand referrals, create audiences, or deliver interest-based advertising.
As of the effective date, Google Ads tracking and Meta Pixel are not intentionally enabled across the covered Services. If we enable them, we will update our notices and provide consent or opt-out controls where required.
4. Email and Communication Tracking
Marketing and transactional emails may contain pixels or tracked links that indicate whether a message was opened or a link was clicked. We use this information primarily to understand delivery, engagement, and the usefulness of communications.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails through the link in the message. Disabling images in an email client may limit some pixel-based tracking, although tracked links may still operate.
5. Payment, Store, and Platform Technologies
Stores and payment services may use necessary technologies to maintain carts, prevent fraud, process payments, remember checkout progress, provide receipts, and support account access.
GoHighLevel, Shopify, Skool, Lovable, Stripe, Square, PayPal, and other providers may use their own cookies or similar technologies. Divine Nutrition does not control every technology or subprocessor selected by a provider.
6. Your Choices
Depending on the website, device, and applicable law, you may manage cookies through:
A cookie banner or privacy-preference center, when available.
Browser settings that block, delete, or limit cookies.
Device settings.
Provider-specific privacy or advertising controls.
A qualifying browser-based opt-out preference signal where recognized by law.
Blocking or deleting cookies may sign you out, empty a cart, reset preferences, interfere with checkout, prevent media from loading, or reduce the functionality of a course, community, application, or membership.
7. Browser Controls
Most browsers allow you to review, block, or delete cookies. The steps vary by browser and version. Review the browser's help or privacy settings for current instructions.
Browser controls generally apply only to that browser and device. You may need to repeat your choices on other devices or after clearing cookies.
8. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
Where applicable law requires recognition of a qualifying opt-out preference signal, such as a properly configured Global Privacy Control signal, we will process it as required for the browser or device from which it is received.
Some browsers also offer a general "Do Not Track" signal. Because no uniform industry standard governs that signal, we do not currently respond to it unless required by law.
9. International Visitors
The Services are operated from the United States and are primarily directed to customers in the United States. If consent is legally required before placing nonessential technologies for a particular visitor, we will use reasonable measures to obtain that consent before activation.
10. Changes to This Notice
We may update this Cookie Notice when providers, technologies, features, or legal requirements change. The revised Notice will display a new "Last Updated" date.
Because third-party platforms may change their cookies and infrastructure without prior notice to us, this Notice describes categories rather than promising a permanently fixed inventory of every cookie name.
