Raquel Reyna Lyon operates Divine Nutrition as a California sole proprietorship. This Disclaimer applies to ZoCode, ZOË, Raquel & Davidian, AwakeShift, Foxy5D, Human Design Upgrade, and other brands and offerings identified in this Disclaimer.
It applies to assessments, reflective reports, books, workbooks, Human Design materials, hypnosis-related materials, coaching, mentoring, classes, programs, memberships, recordings, digital tools, spiritual frameworks, and transformational education made available through the Services.
By using or participating in these Services, you acknowledge the following.
1. Educational, Reflective, and Personal-Development Purposes
The Services are offered for education, reflection, spiritual exploration, personal development, creativity, and general informational purposes.
ZoCode, ZOË, Human Design, archetypal systems, spiritual frameworks, and related materials are interpretive tools. They are not clinical, medical, psychological, psychiatric, scientific, legal, or financial assessments. They are not intended to establish objective facts about a person, predict a guaranteed future, or replace independent judgment.
You are responsible for deciding what meaning, relevance, or action, if any, to take from the Services.
2. No Medical or Mental-Health Care
The Services do not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, crisis intervention, or other licensed healthcare services. Participation does not create a physician-patient, psychologist-patient, therapist-client, or other regulated healthcare relationship.
Information concerning wellness, emotions, the subconscious, relationships, personal history, behavior, stress, patterns, or transformation is educational and reflective. It is not a substitute for evaluation or care from an appropriately licensed healthcare or mental-health professional.
Seek qualified professional care for medical symptoms, mental-health concerns, trauma-related needs, medication questions, or any condition requiring diagnosis or treatment. In an emergency or crisis, contact local emergency services or an appropriate licensed crisis provider.
3. Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy-Related Materials
Hypnosis-related recordings, guided journeys, imagery, relaxation exercises, and hypnotherapy-related educational services are intended for adults who voluntarily choose to participate.
Never listen to or participate in a hypnosis-related recording while driving, operating machinery, supervising a hazardous activity, or doing anything that requires full external attention.
Use a safe, appropriate setting. Stop the recording or exercise if you feel unable to continue comfortably. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating if you have a medical, neurological, psychiatric, or psychological condition that could affect suitability.
No particular hypnotic depth, memory, insight, emotional response, or result is guaranteed. Imagery, memories, symbolic experiences, and impressions arising during a process may be subjective, incomplete, metaphorical, or inaccurate. They should not be treated as independently verified historical facts or used as the sole basis for accusing another person, making a medical decision, or taking legal action.
4. ZOË Assessment and Reflective Reports
ZOË is a reflective archetypal assessment delivered through a custom GPT within ChatGPT. It is designed to support self-inquiry and education. It is not a diagnostic instrument, validated clinical test, psychological evaluation, medical device, or substitute for professional assessment.
ZOË reports are generated from participant responses and system instructions using artificial intelligence. AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, unexpected, or unsuitable for a particular decision. A report may change if responses, system behavior, or platform behavior changes.
The participant is responsible for reviewing the report thoughtfully and deciding what is personally useful. No report should be treated as a command, diagnosis, determination of identity, or guaranteed explanation of a person's life.
5. ZOË Privacy
ZOË operates within the participant's personal ChatGPT conversation.
It does not use external Actions or APIs to transmit assessment responses to Divine Nutrition, ZoCode, GoHighLevel, Lovable, or an external database.
Divine Nutrition, ZoCode, Raquel, and Davidian do not have access to individual participant conversations through the GPT builder interface.
The conversation remains within the participant's ChatGPT account unless the participant voluntarily shares it.
OpenAI processes the conversation under its own terms, privacy practices, account settings, and data controls.
Privacy Note: Do not use ChatGPT's Share feature or distribute a shared-conversation link for a private assessment conversation. Anyone who receives or gains access to the link may be able to view the conversation included in it.
6. Human Design and Other Interpretive Systems
Human Design and related interpretive systems are provided as educational, reflective, spiritual, or personal-development frameworks. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, employment, or scientific diagnoses.
A chart, reading, profile, authority, center, channel, gate, or interpretation should not replace professional advice or your own responsible decision-making. Individual interpretations may vary among teachers, practitioners, schools, and sources.
Divine Nutrition does not claim ownership of Human Design as a system or of third-party intellectual property. Original teaching materials, commentary, analyses, arrangements, exercises, and presentations created by Raquel, Davidian, or Divine Nutrition remain protected.
7. Coaching, Mentoring, Classes, and Transformational Programs
Coaching, mentoring, group programs, classes, and transformational education are collaborative educational experiences. They do not create a fiduciary duty or licensed professional relationship unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.
You remain responsible for your choices, boundaries, actions, relationships, finances, health decisions, business decisions, and use of information. You may decline an exercise, pause participation, or seek additional support when appropriate, subject to the payment and cancellation terms of the applicable offer.
Group environments are not private in the same way as an individual confidential professional relationship. Other participants may hear information you choose to share. Use discretion and respect the privacy of others.
8. No Legal, Financial, Tax, or Business Advice
The Services may discuss purpose, work, money, relationships, communication, visibility, business, or decision-making. This discussion is educational and does not constitute legal, financial, investment, accounting, tax, employment, or other regulated professional advice.
Consult an appropriately qualified professional before making a significant legal, tax, financial, investment, employment, medical, or mental-health decision.
9. No Guarantee of Results
Personal-development outcomes vary. We do not guarantee healing, transformation, income, business growth, relationship outcomes, insight, clarity, emotional change, symptom relief, spiritual experience, or any other specific result.
Testimonials, examples, case studies, and participant stories reflect individual experiences. They are not promises that another person will receive the same result.
Your outcome may depend on many factors outside our control, including participation, circumstances, timing, choices, health, support, platform behavior, and third-party services.
10. Personal Responsibility and Assumption of Risk
You voluntarily choose whether and how to use the Services. You accept responsibility for evaluating your readiness, setting appropriate boundaries, seeking professional support when needed, and stopping an activity that is unsuitable for you.
Personal-development and reflective work may bring up strong emotions, memories, uncertainty, or discomfort. By participating, you acknowledge these possibilities and agree to use reasonable self-care and professional support appropriate to your needs.
This assumption of risk does not waive a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.
11. Third-Party Platforms and Availability
The Services may depend on ChatGPT, OpenAI, GoHighLevel, Shopify, Skool, Lovable, Zoom, payment processors, social platforms, or other third-party systems.
We do not control third-party uptime, security, model behavior, account restrictions, features, policies, or data practices. Access may be interrupted, changed, or discontinued. Use of a third-party platform is also governed by that provider's terms.
12. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use
Books, workbooks, reports, assessments, questions, frameworks, recordings, scripts, courses, graphics, applications, prompts, internal methods, and other original materials are protected intellectual property owned by or licensed to Divine Nutrition, Raquel Reyna Lyon, Davidian Lyon, or the applicable identified rights holder.
Access is for personal, noncommercial use unless a written license expressly states otherwise. Materials may not be copied, shared, resold, uploaded, reverse engineered, used to extract hidden assessment logic, or used to create or train an artificial-intelligence resource, competing assessment, course, framework, or substantially similar offering.
13. Relationship to Other Policies
This Disclaimer supplements the ZoCode Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Notice, and Digital Products, Services, and Refund Policy. If an offer includes a separate informed-consent form, enrollment agreement, professional-services agreement, or program-specific disclaimer, that document also applies.
